Sunek & Lolich Estates is taking on staff in Sandfeld. The post: Lettings clerk, part-time. Duties include the rent book, inventories at the start and end of each tenancy and correspondence with landlords. A bicycle allowance is paid for viewings.

Requirements

Reliability is essential. The hours are kept strictly. A certificate of good conduct from the local police station is required before engagement.

What the employer offers

2,300 marka a month, paid monthly in arrears. The post carries a pension, sick pay from the first day and a travel allowance for those living outside Sandfeld.
