Full job description

You will prepare and cook to the standard of the house and take your share of the late service. Service ends at eleven; staff eat together before the evening service. Beer Hall Altwald, Altwald; the post is part-time.

Requirements

Hours are fixed with the successful candidate; mornings or afternoons can be arranged. Candidates should have worked at least two seasons in a professional kitchen. A certificate of good conduct from the local police station is required before engagement.

What the employer offers

2,450 marka a month, paid monthly in arrears. Holidays with pay, a Christmas bonus by custom of the house, and a subsidised meal each working day.
