Full job description

The Old Mill of Brennhafen has a vacancy for the post of Kitchen porter, apprenticeship. You will prepare and serve food to the standard of the house, keep the kitchen and dining room clean, and take your share of the late service.

Requirements

Open to school leavers aged sixteen to nineteen. Indentures run for three years, with day release to the technical school. Applicants must be available to work on Declaration Day afternoons by rota.

What the employer offers

2,450 marka a month, paid monthly in arrears. Holidays with pay, a Christmas bonus by custom of the house, and a subsidised meal each working day.
